More Army of One actions shots from the front lines~
Most street artists are concerned with protecting their identity, but jc2 routinely poses with his artwork. He is not trying to hide behind anonymous art-he is using the streets to try and get the message out to End All Wars.
He welcomes confrontation from authorities or citizens as an opportunity to share the message, and has never been arrested for street art. The 26 years jc2 has put in as a New York City Fire Fighter have helped him out of situations many times.
We came up on jc2 adding the blood to this piece on Melrose. He pulled out all the stops with on site tagging and free stickers being offered on the ground below.
Army of One also had a special surprise, putting up a Bankrupt Slut sticker alongside Grenade Boy. It was really cool to hear about all the LA connections and stories shared by Army of One including some of our favorites- Dog Byte, Insurgency Inc, Free Humanity, Bankrupt Slut(as pictured) and more.
